THE WORK
In this important role you will be supporting the TPS-77 Ground Base Radar Product Line as the Lead Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM).
You will be responsible for manufacturing execution, proposals, and baselines. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing schedule & cost, manpower planning, identifying and managing risks, upholding configuration control and streamlining our process. Additionally you will be responsible for understanding program material status and coordinating cross-site needs as well as managing material Statement of Problems (StOPs) which include coordinating obsolescence solutions with Engineering and Sourcing.
This role includes overseeing different program phases, from development to transition to production and production. Frequent collaboration with Technical Operations (engineering), Sourcing, Quality, Mission Success, and Finance teams will be integral to your work. Your responsibilities will encompass managing program baseline plans, conducting capacity, resource, and staffing analyses.

You are a decisive leader with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, able to guide complex manufacturing programs and partner effectively with engineering, sourcing, quality, and finance teams.
A level 4 employee is mid to senior career and typically has 5+ years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications
•Proven leadership skills
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
•Ability to multi-task and support multiple internal or external customers
•Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization
•Operational understanding of manufacturing core functions and associated processes / best practices including manufacturing engineering, test engineering, production control, and shop management
•Strong presentation skills
•Strong CAM skills
•Accountable and decisive leader responsible for impactful decisions
•Prior experience coordinating and managing manufacturing programs across multiple RMS facilities

Desired Skills
•Experience with manufacturing and transition to production proposal efforts
•Cost Account Management certified
•Experience with Ground Based Radar programs
•SAP and/or Solumina experience
•Tableau familiarity with ability to effectively utilize data
•Lean / Six Sigma green belt or black belt certified
•Experience working in a represented environment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
