Basic Qualifications
• Program management leadership of complex programs including capture leadership, development and production efforts
• 4+ years of Program Leadership experience with responsibility for quality/technical, schedule and cost performance
• Experience with Proposals (proposal preparation, Independent Non Advocate Review (INAR), Executive Planning Panel (EPP), and/or negotiations)
• Strong problem solving skills, with experience in root cause/corrective action
• Experienced in communication with all levels of the organization
• Must set a clear example with their program team and provide clear and timely direction in support of contract requirements
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontract management
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Control Account Manager (CAM) experience
• Risk management experience
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to make decisions that impact the program and drive business results
• Must possess an active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated experience managing complex domestic and international defense programs
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in development and production environments
- Familiarity with radar systems or related defense technologies
- Skilled in risk identification, mitigation planning, and root cause analysis
- Strong business acumen with experience meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance goals
- Experience in proposal development and supporting capture efforts
- Knowledge of aftermarket support and sustainment program management
- PMP certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
