Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or 6-8 years of relavant work experience.
- Experience working in an Operations or Test Engineering Team responsible for the AI&T of complex high value products including engineering units and flight hardware.
- Effective communications (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Provide detailed support program management level briefings (e.g. PMR, CCB, PRB, PDR, and CDR)
- US Citizen and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills
- Experience with laser and/or optical systems.

Current certification as a Certified Test Conductor (CTC) or prior experience working under a CTC Role.

Experience working on an AI&T team during the early phase of a Program Life Cycle (e.g. pre PDR/CDR). Provide inputs to program requirement interpretation, design for integration, developing integration & test schedules, producibility assessment, and MGSE/EGSE design and fabrication

Understanding of schedules and test flows designed for safety and efficiency of assembly and test.

Working knowledge of ATLO integration and test protocols, assembly and test approaches.

Experience directing teams of technicians to execute preparations, assembly, test and procedural activities on high value hardware in clean room environments.

Thorough knowledge and understanding of CIPS as it relates to ATLO Operations

Understanding of standard ATLO tools such as SAP, VE-CAMS and Automation Framework (AF)

Thorough knowledge and understanding of CIPS as it relates to ATLO Operations
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
