Standard Job Description
Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. Usually works without established procedures, performing a wide variety of nonstandard complex tasks using advanced techniques and requiring extensive knowledge of discipline. Analyzes requirements for special projects and recommends methods and processes to accomplish. Conducts research and assists in investigational studies. Supports the design/development of new or modified equipment or methods/systems for improved performance through analysis and check-out. Evaluates and resolves calibrating and troubleshooting problems. Leads and mentors others and lower level employees, may assign work, schedule work flow and provide direct training.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in electrical assembly and soldering. IPC and J-Standard 001 certified. Certified in classroom assembly and solder training; actively participate in the PMT process; perform routine, repetitive and basic tasks where precedent, methods and processes are well established; make simple decisions but refer most to more experienced person. Minimum of two years of production experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $46200.00 - $85800.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
