<b>Who You Are</b>
ERP Business Analyst, Staff
<b>What You Will Be Doing</b>
You'll become an SAP ERP Business Analyst and bring your SAP experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector to facilitate the development, implementation, and sustainment of the SAP/ERP system and processes working across multiple project teams.
You would provide the following capability to the project team; Analyze supply chain program business processes and procedures for improvement and system applicability. Provide clearly defined solutions supporting Performance Based Logistics contracting methodology for configuration of SAP and supporting business processes. Perform gap analysis and system re-engineering of SAP supply chain management activities including Procurement, Inventory Management, Receiving and internal transportation. Responsible for system design, development, configuration, unit testing, operational assessment readiness for SAP. Will author functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, master data records, reports, and custom transactions. Responsible for unit testing, integration testing, documentation, and training of the end user community. Develop training documentation and scripts using SAP methodologies.

Basic Qualifications
Aerospace & Defense experience
Overall understanding of procurement process from requirements to goods receipt
SAP functional experience
Experience in SCM process knowledge, Procurement
Experience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements
Experience working with ABAP developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions
Desired Skills
Extended warehouse management (1LMX)
Procurement Aero codes
Supplier Quality
ADP experience/knowledge
Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles
Sales order and demand knowledge
Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $131100.00 - $243500.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $118000.00 - $219100.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $104900.00 - $194700.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $94400.00 - $175200.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
