What You Will Be Doing:
You will be the U-2 Aircraft Maintenance Controller for the Depot Level Maintenance Team, responsible for delivering precise Aircraft Maintenance for U-2 Aircraft stationed at Beale AFB, California.

*Tracks aircraft, aircraft history, maintenance, engine data, Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTDs), and time change items to project future maintenance events that will impact aircraft operations.

*Gathers, summarizes, interprets, reports, and maintains information regarding company or competitive schedule activity.

*Directs the preparation and publication of approved general schedules, timetables, and other related material.

*Coordinates with Maintenance & Logistics Support Manager on schedules, aircraft status and issues as they occur.

*Validates work schedules and assigns tasks in appropriate systems.

*Receives Time Compliance Technical Data (Aircraft, Support Equipment and Alternate Mission Equipment) and coordinates with Quality Assurance and Aircraft Maintenance Managers.

*Works with maintenance supervision to ensure maintenance actions are completed on time.

*Ensures data entered into appropriate maintenance data systems by lower technical levels to include military members is complete, accurate and provide training when necessary.

*Performs related clerical functions associated with Maintenance Control such as updating status boards, obtaining and distribution forms, or other duties as directed by the supervisor.

*Must be able to work multiple shifts and support Field Team deployments as needed.

*Must be skilled a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Further Information About This Opportunity:
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. Candidate must have strong communications and interpersonal skills. Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Physical Requirements:
This position may include certain required health screenings and immunizations. Position may also require extended work hours. Basic Qualifications

The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

• Experience in the execution of Maintenance Planning.

• Experience with air vehicle (AV) maintenance planning, AV configuration management and data management.

• Computer documentation systems (IMDS maintenance system)

• Microsoft Office (Excel emphasized)

The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from other candidates:


• Minimal knowledge in material-logistic business processes and maintenance processes

• Ability to Assist in the buildup of BOM structures in CMMS.

• Maintaining, updating and checking the U-2 Structural Heath Management System.

• Maintaining and adding approved Engineering Dispositions (ED) on the status page and AV EEL

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $37.55 - $69.71

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
