Standard Job Description
Manages the establishment and training to provide technical knowledge for the safe maintenance, repair, and operation of aircraft, aircraft systems, ground equipment, tools, test equipment, stores and facilities, according to established procedures. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Directs the analyses of current operating problems and future operating requirements to identify training needs and develop training programs. Manages the preparation and production materials used for technical instruction.
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
Desired Skills
Bachelors Degree
5 years of leadership experience
3 years experience with Instructional Design needs assessment, design, practices, and processes for manufacturing, professional and leader audiences.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods based on context
Demonstrated ability to lead change
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics
Must demonstrate strong decision making and judgment, oral and written communication, and business acumen
Demonstrated experience consulting with an assigned client organization on production, and learning and development topics
Demonstrated experience managing projects and initiatives, including developing project plans, identifying stakeholders, preparing corresponding communication plans, identifying of milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes/results
Working knowledge of LMLS business operations to include GSO/AFS production and sustainment operations
Experience with delevering production, depot, MUO, and international contract requirements
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
