WHAT WE'RE DOING

This position is the Subcontract Program Manager for the Integrated Submarine Imaging System (ISIS) program within the Advanced Development Integration & Production (ADIP) submarket segment withing the Undersea Mission Systems (UMS) Market Segment. This position will be responsible for leading supply chain activities on ISIS Production and Engineering Services.  It requires delivering on existing programs and capturing new, related business.  ISIS is a long-standing program set within our business.

 

THE WORK

• Overseeing performance of major subcontractors and critical suppliers

• Implementing strategies to drive efficiencies and to ensure on-time deliveries that meet production floor needs

• Collaborating with multiple functions, suppliers, and leadership to resolve issues, both internally and externally

• Managing key metrics and performance, including material base forecasting

• Providing strategic support to proposal activities, ensuring supply chain best practices are embedded in all planning and deliverables, and maintain alignment with capture strategy

• Traveling as necessary to support business needs

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain or Material Management

• Proposal/New business/Capture experience

• Production experience (e.g. working a program that had product deliverables)

• Available to travel for business needs

Desired Skills

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Demonstrated technical aptitude

• Proficiency with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)

• Experience with Procure 2 Pay (P2P)

• Risk Management experience

• Earned Value and/or Control Account Management (CAM) experience

• Willingness to adapt and learn

• Experience in negotiations

Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
