THE WORK

 

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven professional to help lead and coordinate integration, rigging, and lifting operations within our fast‑paced Moorestown manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will act as a technical bridge across engineering, production, and program teams, driving production execution while ensuring safe, on‑time delivery of complex projects.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support coordination and direction of lifting, rigging, and integration activities on the production floor, ensuring compliance with safety standards and engineering specifications
  • Lead cross-functional teams of union personnel for executing specialized production tasks
  • Interface across functions and programs to resolve technical production problems and achieve business goals
  • Plan, communicate, and execute procedures and project schedules, and support cost estimates for proposals
  • Champion lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tooling, and equipment
  • Mix of office and production floor environment
  • US citizenship is required

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

You are a motivated engineer with technical expertise in manufacturing integration and rigging who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams. Your strong communication skills and organizational ability allow you to bridge the gap between engineering and production to achieve complex project goals.

 

A level 3 employee is mid-career and typically has 3+ years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with manufacturing integration, crane operations, and rigging
  • Strong organization skills, verbal & written communication with ability to work with multiple levels of management, peers, internal and external customers
  • Self-starter and motivated with demonstrated team leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Related degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance which requires US citizenship

Desired Skills

  • Experience working in a defense, aerospace, or equivalent environment
  • Experience with Mechanical or Plumbing systems
  • Experience with metrology or precision alignments equipment (laser trackers, laser scanners, etc.)
  • Experience with tooling or ground support equipment design and implementation
  • Experience with 3D modelling software (CAD) and engineering drawings
  • Demonstrated project management ability to develop and manage budgets, cost, quality, and schedule
  • Note: these are not requirements for the job but could be beneficial to the team.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
