Our facility in Titusville, FL has an immediate opportunity for a level 1 (entry level) Manufacturing Support Team Member to join our mission. To be successful you will need to have experience and/or knowledge of Planning Principles, Supply Chain Management and/or
Manufacturing and strong interpersonal skills to be able to operate in a fast paced, team-based environment. 

 

In this role you will.......

 

• Support the CMC Team in the procurement of required ICAD and COSAL support equipment

• Generate Purchase Requisitions and work closely with Subcontracts, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering and Project Engineering on the procurement of support equipment

• Interface daily with internal and external customers to communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable partners

• Support proposal and planning efforts for SE Material Planning

• Create metrics and products to track and status Support Equipment PR status

Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fundamental knowledge of planning principles
  • Acute awareness and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret Security clearance

 

 

Desired Skills

  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Ability to analyze and understand/interpret drawings
  • Experience with SAP or other comparable enterprise resource planning tool
  • Ability to apply manufacturing disciplines in creating detailed build orders for manufacturing shops from drawings
  • Strong analytical skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
