You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the Manufacturing Support Team. Our team is responsible for supporting production, business, and other processes in a team‑based manufacturing environment.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Support Team Member you will be responsible for coordinating cross‑functional manufacturing activities, facilitating self‑directed work teams, and driving continuous process improvement.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate production planning and control activities.
- Implement total quality management initiatives.
- Provide training and mentorship to peers and teams.
- Manage material flow and support equipment engineering.
- Lead process reengineering and continuous improvement projects.

Basic Qualifications

Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Microsoft office suite experience

Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

 

Desired Skills

Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience

Experience with tracking and managing quality, and schedule in a manufacturing environment

Experience working in a union environment

Performance Management Team experience

Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques

Test and Assembly Experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00
