Standard Job Description

Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

• Must have experience in manufacturing structural and/or electrical assembly.

• Leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Must have a thorough understanding EVMS, Aeronautics Manufacturing System (AMS) and/or experience managing cost and schedule.

Desired Skills

Experience in the application of lean manufacturing techniques

Experience managing bargaining unit labor resources

Excellent communication skills

Supervisory/Management experience (to include program management) in aircraft manufacturing or production operations

Experience in Root Cause & Corrective Action

Leadership experience in driving a culture of Continuous Improvement and Quality

Must have strong knowledge in leading a Culture of Accountability (COA) and / or cultural change management.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
