Standard Job Description
You will be the C130J Flightline Completion Manager for the Flightline Completion team which is responsible for managing C130J aircraft through all flightline processes.
What You Will Be Doing
As the C130J Flightline Completion Manager you will be responsible for overseeing avionics checkout, fuel functional checkout, engine runs, system checkouts, and final aircraft inspections prior to sale and delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Directly manage C130J aircraft through the complete flightline workflow, ensuring all checks and tests are completed.
- Prioritize daily aircraft work flow based on delivery dates and flight test schedules to meet Long Range Plan goals.
- Review and finalize daily work plans, reallocating resources as needed to achieve daily objectives.
- Conduct end‑of‑shift tie‑ins, communicate priorities to the next shift manager, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Escalate constraints that cannot be resolved at the manager level in a timely manner.

This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta.
Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
