The Work
As a key member of our Integrated Engineering team, you will:
- Peer‑review program deliverables and data submissions from suppliers.
- Support System Engineering and Program Management in daily tasks such as meetings, reviews, and the creation of contract data items.
- Serve as the engineering team’s data tracker, support FAR requests, and provide support managing the engineering tool set (JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint).
- Lead biweekly customer‑interface meetings to monitor procurement and delivery status.

Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, and engineering design changes. Produces engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). Performs detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas; preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided in such areas as trajectory adequacy, model dimensional consistency; and quantitative judgments concerning technical data. Uses personal computer in performance of analyses and development of documentation/reports. May conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis.In addition to engineering tasks, you may be asked to support programmatic activities such as data‑marking, tracking Program Directives, handling E‑shipper requests, processing export‑classification requests, submitting procurement requisitions, and acting as the program‑ and engineering‑P‑Card purchaser.
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma, with technical training(requirements management, Hardware Configuration Management or Introduction to Engineering Drawings ) or experience performing basic calculations and computer operations
- Minimum 2‑years of experience in a engineering support role
- Ability to read and understand engineering design drawings and interpret design specifications and their applicability to computational systems
- Experience loading and releasing drawings or specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher
Desired Skills
- Experience editing reviewing , editing , and releasing technical documents such as flight manuals or Interface Control Documents
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with SAP (Quotes, Routings, Bills of material, Procurement request) or a related production/ procurement systems
- 1-2 years of experience leading small teams or supporting technical or program meetings
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience using the EPDM tool
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $48200.00 - $89400.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
