Standard Job Description

 

Manages Facilities Engineering and Plant Engineering integration at our 6 satellite sites located in, but not limited to, Greenville SC, Clarksburg WV, Meridian MS, Pinellas Park FL, and Johnstown PA by providing technical support as required for design, construction, maintenance and operations issues. The 6 locations represent 2.7M sq feet of leased and owned facilities and support ~2,500 Aeronautics employees utilizing ~20+ facilities professionals that will be matrixed to this organization. Ensure continuity with site objectives, collaborating with the site leads and coordinating/utilizing on site facilities professionals, Marietta and Enterprise resources to complete those objectives. Single POC for facilities related scope, issues and/or data requests by navigating through the site logistics, and organizational construct, to ensure all sites align with facilities standards, policies and, where applicable, alignment with facilities common tools (LM Buildings/Maximo).  Plan and manage capital and overhead dollars, oversee and shape strategic site planning to ensure Aeronautics alignment. Coordinate all lease activities. Manages/integrates the capital and go green planning and implementation process at each site.

Could Travel more than 50%

Basic Qualifications

  • Technical acumen related to site infrastructure, utilities and production related equipment
  • Proven experience as a mid-level manager of budget oversight (labor and non-labor) and controls
  • Knowledge and experience with subcontract management
  • Experience working in a Facilities environment

  • Experience with multi-site management and oversite.
  • Excellent technical communication, organizational and people skills.
  • Attention to details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous project management experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00
