Short Description
The Field Operations Manager for Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM) leads 10-15 Direct Employees in the maintenance, operations, and support of C-130, C-5, and P-3 Aircraft of the Fleet Support/Fleet Management Teams covering Business Capture, Cost/Schedule, and Proposal Operations; Field Site Integration; and Fleet Management Performance. The Business, Cost/Schedule, and Proposal responsibilities include managing cost/schedule IAW Earned Value Management (EVM) System, leading the capture and proposal development processes with BOE development, negotiations, and requirements decomposition with employee work assignments. The Fleet Support responsibilities include daily interaction with field sites, analysis of key metrics, delivery of CDRLs, coordinating engineering changes as well as planning, deployment, and execution of Contractor Field Teams. The Fleet Management responsibilities provide key capabilities/deliverables for Fleet Performance Monitoring, Maintenance Planning/Optimization, Configuration/Modification Management, Forecasting and Sustainment Planning, and Customer Engagement and Reporting. Travel will be required both domestically and intentionally on average 10% of the year. This position will be responsible for both non-classified as well as classified programs which drive the requirement for Top-Secret Clearance.

Manages the identification of customer's system needs and responds to requests for proposals; performs feasibility and performance studies, including benchmarking, capacity planning, etc.; develops appropriate systems recommendations to meet customer needs, including system configurations, installation planning, etc.; prepares and presents technical product information to customers. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees post-installation and implementation responsibilities including technical consulting to customers and providing solutions to software problems.

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
