Standard Job Description

The Integrated Production Leader drives delivery C‑130J components for the India MTA campaign. The leader coordinates international and domestic integrated product teams, ensures on‑time delivery, and mitigates risks across the supply chain. The role balances strategic oversight with tactical support. 

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Direct the 100 % on‑time delivery of end‑item components and parts to meet next‑assembly need dates.
  • Influence internal and external customers by developing and presenting compelling program briefings and status updates.
  • Create and champion tools that capture and communicate Co‑Producer performance metrics.
  • Guide tooling and planning progress, ensuring alignment with program objectives.Oversee material‑flow processes and monitor inventories at Co‑Producer sites.
  • Lead production schedule reviews with Co‑Producer and LM; ensure IMS milestones are achieved.
  • Facilitate technical integration across engineering, manufacturing engineering, SCM, quality, Co‑Producer, and program teams.
  • Establish and drive meeting cadence between the Lockheed Martin Resident Office (LMRO) and Co‑Producer, and between LMRO and the Marietta team (e.g., periodic stand‑ups, production‑status teleconferences).
  • Manage Co‑Producer constraints and elevate risk to senior leadership as appropriate.
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute Risk Mitigation Plans; track their effectiveness.
  • Monitor Co‑Producer performance dashboards and escalate issues to leadership promptly.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with Greenville for timely component shipments.
  • Validate Buyer‑Furnished‑Material (BFM) plans against Co‑Producer schedules on a weekly basis and escalate critical shortages.
  • Facilitate and support scheduled program reviews (e.g., MRL/MRA, PRR, PMR, EPMR, QMR).
  • Support new‑business proposal activities by providing scheduling, staffing, and budget estimates.
  • Lead special projects and studies as required (e.g., capacity analysis, rate‑growth modeling, new‑source options).
  • Lead Organizational Breakdown Structure through budget development and cost‑management for both international and domestic accounts.
  • Leverage AI prompting techniques to enhance data analysis, reporting, and decision‑making within the role.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00
