Standard Job Description
As a Project Management and Planning Operations Representative Staff, you will be uniquely positioned on the Design Schedule Committee. This role will act as a pivot between planning and production to enhance execution of engineering desing releases.
- Provide C-130 assembly and installation knowledge and feedback to influence engineering release schedules and planning execution.
- Analyze engineering requirements and provide production insight for the development of documentation required for fabrication, purchase, assembly, installation of aircraft components and tooling t support AMMM production and sustainment activity.
- Support in-depth design review meetings. Communicate risk concerns with build area teams in advance to mitigate cost impacts.
- Requires direct interaction with Production leadership and other organizations regarding planning related issues and concerns.
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with standard manufacturing processes and procedures including engineering and planning release process.
- Functional knowledge of C-130 production (eg. structures, wiring, software, functional test, troubleshooting, etc.)
Desired Skills
- Excellent communication skils, written and verbal.
- Well-rounded knowledge of multiple C-130 build areas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Corrective action and process improvement experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP, APRISO, AutoPlans2, CAPP, SFM, and Microsoft Office.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
