Standard Job Description

You will be the Base Version Integrator - Change Management Owner - Level 4 for the Version Integration team which is responsible for coordinating aircraft configuration changes, Type Version Effectivity (TVE) integration, and readiness activities across the AMMM production system.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Base Version Integrator - Change Management Owner - Level 4 you will be responsible for managing change‑management and readiness processes, ensuring that configuration updates are integrated smoothly into fabrication and production.

Your responsibilities will include:  
Coordinate Type Version Effectivity (TVE) break‑ins and aircraft configuration changes into fabrication and production lines.
  
Serve as the Readiness and Change Management owner, tracking impacts and maintaining readiness dashboards.
  
Evaluate engineering changes for production, schedule, material, tooling, and producibility impacts.
  
Identify and mitigate risks associated with configuration changes, and coordinate resolution of technical, planning, tooling, material, and schedule issues.
  
Communicate status, risks, and execution updates to leadership and stakeholders, and recommend process improvements for configuration integration.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

This position is located in  Marietta, GA.
This role may require infrequent travel and possible weekend/off-hour support. Our team supports programs that require a DoD Secret clearance.

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.


Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications

- Understanding of aircraft manufacturing (C-130 preferred), build operations, and production planning processes.

- Experience supporting manufacturing, production operations, planning, engineering, or related aircraft activities.

- Knowledge of Program Office operations, scheduling, engineering release, tooling, and planning processes.

- Bachelors Degree (or 8+ years professional experience considered in lieu of a degree)

Desired Skills

- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic production environment.
- C-130 experience in a technical role
- Master’s Degree (MS Preferred)
- Experience supporting Type Version Effectivity (TVE), aircraft configuration management, or aircraft integration activities.
- Experience working directly with Production Operations and Production Engineering teams.
- Familiarity with AWR dashboards and production execution tracking tools.
- Demonstrated ability to identify production risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting military aircraft production programs.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
