Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a dynamic and experienced security professional in leading a team to join the Government Security Operations (GSO) team as a Security Rep Asc Manager within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Marietta, GA.
The primary mission of the SES organization is to protect Lockheed Martin personnel, information, facilities, and other critical assets by mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with U.S. Government and customer security requirements, and enabling the successful execution of programs supporting U.S. national security.
The selected candidate will serve as the Security Rep Asc Manager, providing leadership and oversight to a team of Security Rep’s responsible for the day-to-day execution of the GSO Industrial Security Program supporting all classified and sensitive activities at the Marietta facility. The position formulates security policy and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable government regulations and company policies while supporting programs under the cognizance of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated security professional with a strong background in Industrial Security and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative, practical solutions to complex security challenges. This position requires a well-rounded security professional with leadership experience and expertise in multiple security disciplines, including international security, classification management, foreign travel and required reporting activities, document control, visitor control, badge and identification management, Open Storage Aera compliance requirements, and other Industrial Security functions.
The selected candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance security requirements while enabling mission success in a fast-paced environment. Engagement with program leadership, proposal teams, contracts, finance, facilities, and various other stakeholders will be required. This position routinely manages sensitive personnel security matters, security incidents and violations, classified program requirements, security inspections, corrective actions, and other proprietary or customer-sensitive information while ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Basic Qualifications
- Relevant Leadership Experience -Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a team of Security Reps within an Industrial Security environment while collaborating with cross-functional organizations.
- FSO/AFSO experience - Comprehensive knowledge of applicable Industrial Security regulations and guidance, including 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), 32 CFR Part 2001 (Classified National Security Information) and DoDI 5200.48.
- Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with Program Managers, Program Offices, customers, and other key stakeholders to understand unique security requirements and provide tailored support.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive security solutions that balance risk management, regulatory compliance, and business needs across Secret and Top Secret environments.
- Experience supporting Industrial Security programs, including Technology Control Plans, Transportation Plans, Test Plans, ITAR/Export Control, DD Form 254s, investigations, personnel security, physical security, visitor control, document control, international activities, foreign travel, and other Industrial Security functions.
- Ability to perform effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment; proactively understand program requirements, anticipate customer needs, and ensure compliance with multiple customer security requirements.
Desired Skills
- DoD SPeD certification or NCMS ISP certification
- Knowledge of Commercial and Foreign Military Sales processes
- Previous experience with classified manufacturing, testing, and product support
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
