The AMMM Line of Business Integration role serves as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin program management and Global Supply Chain, overseeing full global supply‑chain integration for C-130J Relevancy. Minimum responsibilities encompass delivering briefs, managing supplier responsiveness and reporting back to the program office, coordinating supplier visits and meetings with all required functional representatives, and participating in all supply chain aspects to support the program. In addition, this role will be responsible for the following:
- Initiate/coordinate PIAs with suppliers
- Coordinate and complete AMMM Export Control on new license requests in International Trade Compliance Organization (ITCO) ECLPS System
- Ensure Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW), data requirements, and schedules are accurate and complete and flowed to the subcontractors.
- Generate RFI and RFP packages and coordinate with assigned buyers to ensure timely release to suppliers. Track status and receipt to closure in support of established program timelines. Filter and coordinate questions and answers between supplier and Program Team.
- Coordinate internally cross-functionally various activities including but not limited to analysis of RFP responses and down select of suppliers
- Plan and coordinate supplier visits and meetings on-site and at the supplier’s facility
- Attend SPPSCs for review Supplier Statements of Work - not for technical content
- Support INAR / BR / Program Assessment Review as Presenter for AMMM
- Identify program Risk and integrate with Program Management to mitigate and track to closure
- Single Point of Contact representing Program Team to GSC and supply base
- Represent Supply Chain for all aspects of relevancy
- Host daily/weekly/monthly status meetings to gather completion dates, mitigate issues and risks, and track each action owner to closure.
- Ensure execution support to program post proposal negotiations and ensure replenishments are placed and supported through the supply chain.
- Ensure the most current information of the supply chain is presented to Program Management.
- Identify, mitigate and manage supply chain risk to closure
- May be required on site 4 days per week based on program needs. A flexible working schedule is a must for this position.
- Up to 25% or more travel required

Manages subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies. Directs and manages all costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and is required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system. Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs, execution, and risk management. Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office. Responsible for and directs all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, transition to program startup, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution, and contract closeout. Makes informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor. Establishes milestone objectives to manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications. Leads a cross-functional team, normally composed of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel, to ensure successful subcontract execution and program delivery.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience reviewing SSOWs
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience working in the capacity of a buyer, releasing RFPs, negotiating contracts and placing Purchase Orders.
- Experience working through the GSC Proposal Process
- Strong track record of completing projects and work assignments thoroughly and on-time
- Experience leading a team and/or project towards a successful outcome
- Must meet at least two of the desired skill sets listed below:
Desired Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present comfortably in-person or virtually to an audience at all levels
- Agile work habits
- Proficiency in GSC procurement procedures, LMAPs, Aero Codes, Corporate Policy Statements Corp Docs / Terms & Conditions, PIAs and how to locate quickly in LM systems
- Experience generating RFI & RFP packages
- Experience using SAPExperience using SBOT Acquisition Tracker
- Familiarity with Visit LM system
- Familiarity with facility security requirements for meetings with foreign nationals
- Export Control Compliance experience, specifically working ITCO/ECLPS
- Familiarity with SPPSC Process
- Advanced Excel Experience
- Experience working to an IMS and/or Milestone tracker
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
