Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Supply Chain Management - Proposal Integration

What You Will Be Doing
The position is responsible for interfacing with team members and  leaders in Procurement, Estimating, Pricing, Contracts and and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of customer proposals. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate all phases of the proposal process from inception of the customer RFP to contract award (e.g., proposal submittal, fact find, audits, and contract negotiations). This person will also coordinate the FAR 12 commercial and price reasonable assist audits with the USG.

Basic Qualifications

FAR and TINA Experience

Experience Leading a Project

SAP and Advanced Excel Experience

Experience Supply Chain Procedures

Bachelors Degree required to apply

Dept of Defense Experience

Desired Skills

Masters Degree 

Knowledge of regulatory and LM business practices for subcontracting

Preferred candidate will possess good business and process acumen and be able to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
