What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Sr Stf you will be responsible for leading advanced systems‑engineering efforts within the Advanced Development Program (ADP). You will act as Deputy Lead Systems Engineer, driving digital transformation and managing complex assignments.
Your responsibilities will include:

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.
Basic Qualifications
- Leading a team
- System design and development using Cameo
- Systems design across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle V Model
- Modeling in Cameo Systems Modeler utilizing SysML
- Working within Agile Scrum environments utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence
Desired Skills
- Experience working with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements
- Experience executing in a digital engineering environment (i.e., MBSE and digital twin)
- Experience using software tools (such as MS Excel, JIRA and Access)
- Experience with systems engineering processes
- Familiarity with AC-9447 Aeronautics Functional Integration Plan
- Familiarity with AC-1038 Managing the Technical Development Process
- Experience writing proposals and developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master
- Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
- Experience presenting to program management, executive leadership, and customer leadership
- Experience creating and executing a Systems Engineering Management Plan
- Experience delegating tasks to SE team members
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
