Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform Modernization and Innovations Integration.
- Proven capability to organize programs and activities in alignment with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Experience in staffing requirements.
- Skilled in creating and managing pilot programs and technology scouting initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with project sponsors and coordinate with staff and units to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, market research, budgets, and timelines for new pilot initiatives.
- Leadership skills
- Synchronizing staff engagements
- Microsoft Office products to include SharePoint.
Desired Skills
- Ability to support the design, execution, and delivery of analytical assessments.
- Experience supporting and informing concept and capability development, identifying enterprise-wide gaps and shortfalls, and addressing strategic risk across the force.
- Competence in preparing and conducting operational-level analysis to present and brief senior-level government leadership on findings.
- Ability to coordinate with external stakeholders and government staff and units to gather and implement inputs, development, and participation in modernization activities.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $80200.00 - $149000.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
