THE WORK

Performs a variety of administrative duties for assigned senior staff members in the Moorestown Operations organization.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Performs normal office functions including arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.

• May take and transcribe dictation.

• Uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums.

• Answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

• Maintains seating chart and LMBuildings accuracy.

• Submits facility maintenance requests.

• Manager office supplies and expense reporting.

• General administrative support for all Operations team members in Moorestown, NJ factory.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a highly organized professional with exceptional communication skills and a mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite. You possess the flexibility to handle competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism when interacting with executive leadership.

 

Employees in this level 2 role typically have 1+ years of related Adminstative Assistant experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams and working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, etc. with key insights to all IT-related needs.
  • Ability to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time.
  • Effective organizational and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written and a demonstrated ability to deal with management and executive contacts.
  • Due to facility requirements, US Citizenship is required. 

Desired Skills

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with particular focus on Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word
  • Demonstrated flexibility and proficient in handling competing priorities and/or requests
  • Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures and prior experience with other office applications such as Concur or P2P
  • Experience coordinating large meetings, leadership reviews, offsite events, and customer engagements involving multiple stakeholders.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $47100.00 - $87500.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
