This is a Hybrid Telework opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

THE WORK
This position provides an excellent opportunity for gaining knowledge of the entire Sikorsky portfolio with exposure to Senior Management. With key customers such as RMS FP&A, Controllers & the Sikorsky CFO, the ability to maintain a high standard of performance in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities is a key success factor in this role. The ideal candidate should also have strong analytical, communication, and time management skills, be team oriented and have a strong work ethic.

Key Activities:
• Provide oversight of the monthly closing & forecasting process, variance analysis and reporting in support of internal & RMS Management review meetings.
• Support the Annual Plan & Long Range Plan (LRP) consolidation and validation as well as prepare presentations to support reviews conducted within the planning process.
• Manage submissions in support of financial presentations and publications for overall Sikorsky Line of Business leadership including supporting analysis, commentary and documentation. Financial presentations and publications include Monthly MPR Review, RMS CFO Reviews, Quarterly CSR reviews, LRP & Annual Plan, and various dashboards (etc.).
• Lead the consolidation of the Risk & Opportunities process by partnering with the Market segment leads. Ensure financial statuses received are accurate and current .
• Consolidate and review the monthly Facing Page submission to RMS which are detailed program summaries/fact sheets for all major programs.
• Establish positive working relationships with RMS FP&A as well as Internal Market Segment FP&A and Program Finance teams to maintain open communication to ensure leaders can make informed business decisions on our OSEC Outlook and Plan.
• Drive / embrace the 1LMX initiatives to help drive finance process improvement initiatives
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for Senior Leadership

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level. 

Desired Skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Motivated self-starter
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications, SAP and Hyperion Planning preferred

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
