THE WORK

 

We are seeking an organized, results‑driven professional to support the Moorestown manufacturing execution systems as a site POC for user support, troubleshooting, and future 1LMX system deployment efforts.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Support Moorestown Operations team on the manufacturing execution system (MES) and engineering process planning tools, ensuring high-availability and quick issue resolution

• Assist in the development, testing, and future training for the new 1LMX Apriso / MPMLink deployment

• Collaborate with multiple sites to diagnose and resolve technical production problems, aligning solutions with business goals

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems

• Operate in a mix of office, remote, and production floor environments

• Travel as required to support system training, roll‑outs, and on‑site troubleshooting

• US citizenship is required

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

You are a detail-oriented professional with technical exposure to manufacturing execution systems and a strong aptitude for project management. You possess the communication skills necessary to collaborate across multiple sites and the drive to implement continuous system improvements.

 

A level 2 employee is an early career professional and typically has 1 to 2+ years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Manufacturing experience and exposure to production work instructions and MES platforms
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Candidate must be willing to travel to support system training and roll-outs
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. 

Desired Skills

  • Experience with manufacturing process planning, 3D-modelling software, and engineering drawings
  • Proficiency with data analytics
  • Demonstrated project management ability: developing, tracking, and delivering tasks and schedules
  • Background in a defense, aerospace, or similarly regulated environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
