THE WORK

Join the Moorestown Operations Material Planning Team! We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Release Analyst to join our team. This is a business-critical role that engages cross-functionally with Manufacturing Program Managers, Manufacturing Finance, Shop Production Controllers, and other teams to facilitate the successful release of our program requirements. This role is responsible for reviewing configurations, ensuring their accuracy, making informed decisions on execution of varied requests, and collaborating closely with cross-functional team members to achieve operational excellence. The successful applicant for this role must have advanced proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and process incoming Hardware Program Control Directives (HPCD) requests by analyzing and organizing data and providing clear guidelines for request execution.
• Analyze and interpret large sets of data for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize data in a presentable fashion to allow for clear communication across teams.
• Actively problem solve for new challenges and ever-changing needs of our programs.

Please Note: This position is located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.  While this is a hybrid telework role, candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the Moorestown, NJ area to be considered for this role.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments. You possess the ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms and are proficient in leveraging digital tools to solve complex operational challenges.

A level 1 employee is a early professional and typically has 0 to 1 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement or other relevant area.
• Experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on
multiple platforms
• Must be able to work remotely

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $55700.00 - $103400.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
