THE WORK
Lead human factors engineering efforts across
multiple Navy, Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard
programs. Develop and cultivate HSI community
of practice vision for multiple RMS sites. Train
and mentor junior HSI employees on advanced
analysis concepts and reports.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Systems Engineering, Cognitive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related system engineering field
- 2+ years experience with user experience and user interface concept fundamentals knowledge
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret clearance

Desired Skills

Military warfare and mission concepts.
Operational understanding of weapon system
capability for US Navy ships, land sites, and
aircraft. Understanding of controls for Unmanned
Vehicles and operation of Cyber security controls
and reports.
Experience with AI
Experience with robotics
Experience with virtual reality

Pay Information 

  • $75000.00 - $142760.00
