THE WORK

Join the Moorestown Operations Team! We are looking for a talented and motivated Operations Program Manager (OPM) to lead the Next Generation Launchers Manufacturing Project team. This role will need to balance and ensure the tactical execution of high profile production programs while designing and modernizing new ways of executing the same work with greater efficiency and effectiveness.

As an OPM, you will have full accountability to deliver on quality, cost and schedule for Next Gen Launchers. You will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition. This role will report to the Launching Systems MPM Sr. Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Directly managing a small team in the successful execution of Next Gen Launchers Programs specifically meeting quality, schedule and cost targets.
• Working across Moorestown teams including factory operations, program office, sourcing; and will ensure intra-LM/RMS scope is executed.
• Driving accountability and partnership across functions to deliver upon expectations.
• Leading strategy for continuously improving production performance.
• Personnel development and coaching
• Earned Value Management responsibility entailing development of baselines, support plans, and recovery plans as required.
• Lead Prod Ops proposals efforts and develop accurate and competitive bids for future work
• Effectively communicate operations status and strategy to both senior leadership as well as the production execution team

Please Note: This position requires the ability to obtain a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Standard Job Description

Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
