Basic Qualifications
• Secret clearance with the a bility to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• Working knowledge of the "32 CFR Part 117" National Industrial Security Program
• Experience in developing and implementing security strategies, and managing security teams/operations
• Demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, employees and teammates
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience preparing resources and coordinating activities necessary to support government and customer Security program compliance vulnerability assessments
Desired Skills
- Final in-scope Top Secret Security Clearance
- Working knowledge of LM Security automated processes, systems, and procedures
- Familiarization working with represented employees
- Familiarization with Personnel Security and SEAD 3 Requirements.
- Familiarization with LM visitor policies and procedures relating to classified visits
- Prior physical security experience with security systems, open storage area requirements and certification processes.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
