THE WORK
As an Associate Manager within the Avionics Product Center, you will oversee a team of supervisors and hourly operators across multiple business units in Stratford, CT. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the assembly, testing, and control of in-process and finished goods meet company standards, government regulations, and contract requirements. You will:
• Manage daily operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Assist in developing and managing budgets, staffing, and training programs.
• Participate in management meetings to discuss business status and strategies.
• Lead daily team meetings to communicate company objectives and business updates.
• Ensure a safe working environment through regular Environmental, Health, and Safety audits.
• Promote an ethics-based business culture and encourage employee involvement and innovation.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a manufacturing leader with a strong background in managing represented workforces and navigating complex compliance and ERP environments. You excel at leading teams through fast-paced operational challenges while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety and ethics.
Level 4 Associate Managers typically have 5+ years of related experience.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in managing in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and training programs.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- A commitment to fostering a safe and ethical work environment.
- The ability to encourage and recognize employee contributions to improve operations.
- Experience managing a represented workforce
- SAP or similar ERP experience
Desired Skills
- Experience in the electronics industry
- Familiarity with ISO/AS9100
- Proven experience in a fast paced environment
- B.S. or B.A. degree, preferably in a technical discipline
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
