Manages more than one functional area of Fabrication and Tooling.
Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience in leading a team in a Manufacturing environment such as Machining, Composites, Tube/Weld, Chemical Processing/Paint, Tooling, Production Control, &/or Assembly
• Experienced in F35 Processes and Procedures
• Experienced leadership and understanding in oversight for improving cost, quality, schedule, and safety
Desired Skills
• Exhibit Full Spectrum Leadership Skills in daily business
• Experienced in dealing with labor union workforce
• Knowledge of PMT teams
• Must have the ability to manage in a changing environment
• Must have the ability to foster a positive work environment and lead by example
• Strong skills in conflict resolution, team building and business management leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skill
• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Affordability and CRI process
• Strong skills in conflict resolution and team building is a plus
• Appropriate degree form an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment
• Demonstrated experience Leading PMT teams
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
