Standard Job Description

  • Manages multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions.
  • These may include but not limited to, Make, Buy, Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Warehousing and Shipping.
  • Over sees production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost.
  • Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Candidates must possess at least 1+ years of relevant career experience in Material Logistics or warehosing for consideration.
  • Experience in data analytics
  • SAP operating systems experience a plus.
  • Experince in leading a team. 

Desired Skills

  • Solid customer interface skills required.
  • Possess ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities and emergency situations 
  • Must be self-motivated, able to function autonomously, well organized, detail oriented and efficient under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills
  • Experience with a represented or houly workforce

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
