Basic Qualifications
- Proven Quality Control/Assurance/Engineering leadership with strong CAPA, root‑cause analysis, and Lean/Six‑Sigma expertise.
- Proficiency with aerospace quality standards AS9100, AS9102, AS9103, AS9145
- Experience applying Earned Value Management.
- Experience supervising both represented (union) and non‑represented workforces.
- Demonstrated Full Spectrum leader - ability to shape the future, energize the team, deliver results, build effective relationships and be accountable with high integrity and ethics
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Advanced understanding of Quality principles in Aerospace industry
Desired Skills
- Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment
- Experience working with Military, DoD civilian, and DCMA customers
- Demonstrated undestanding of Full- Spectrucm Leadership Imperatives and Culture of Accountability
- Strong business acumen
- Experience in establishing Performance Metrics for identifying process improvement
- Effective communication skills, i.e., written, oral, listening and technical writing; ability to influence across matrix organizations
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Effective Corrective Action Implementation
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
