Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in cable assembly, wire harness building, or related electronics manufacturing (or equivalent training).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wire lists, and assembly instructions.
- Proficiency with hand tools (crimpers, strippers, soldering iron, cutters).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a production environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand/wrist motions.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools – Experience using wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, and soldering irons to accurately terminate and assemble cables.
- Ability to read technical drawings – Comfortable interpreting blueprints, wire lists, and work instructions to correctly build cable assemblies.
- Strong attention to detail – Ability to consistently produce clean, accurate workmanship with correct wire routing, terminations, and labeling.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $35600.00 - $66000.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
