THE WORK:
- Engineering Aide qualified and trained to support Data Analytics; able to convert AOI, SPI, Universal and MyCronic data from the SQL databases into charts for the purpose of process improvement, cycle time reduction as well as Utilization increase.
- In addition, the candidate should be familiar with SMT Component analysis (DPMO and component package placement records).
- The position will also be responsible for support of document control including but not limited to; Solumina Process, ETX fixtures and process/assembly drawings and filing.
- Role will include troubleshooting, time study recording, analysis and analytics for SMT associated equipment.
- As well as the previously mentioned skills and knowledge, consideration will be given to candidates who have advanced computer skills (Networking, Batch file generation, Access, SQL and Excel database).
- Candidate will support multiple RMS programs.

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 10 year’s SMT experience or relatable experience
- Must be a detailed worker, capable of following written and oral instructions from engineering drawings and other inputs.
- Highly skilled in problem solving techniques and methods (process, product, procedure)
Desired Skills
- Active/or previous Secret Clearance with a completed investigation within last 5 years.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified
- Familiarity with SMT equipment and processes. Thru-Hole equipment data analytics desired
- AOI, Pick & Place, PLC Data Analytics desired
- MyCronic PnP experience
- Universal Instruments PnP experience
- Kohyoung/YesTech AOI experience
- MPM Screen Printer experience
- Knowledge and use of Excel, Access, SQL and PLC programming and basic test equipment such as multimeters is preferred. Related military experience and previous LMC experience is a plus.
- Work Schedule is Monday through Thursday
- Requires flexible working schedule to include possible weekend work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $57800.00 - $107400.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
