You will be the Contracts Management Sr for the Contracts Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and supporting business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Contracts Management Sr you will be responsible for managing contracts from capture through award and administration, providing business advice, and coordinating with program, finance, legal, and other functions to meet customer and company goals.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead contract solicitations, negotiations, and award processes.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (program, finance, legal, engineering, etc.) to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Serve as the authorized company representative to customers, building effective relationships and addressing contractual issues.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal Delegation of Authority requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, compile contractual data, and generate reports for corporate stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Possess the ability to interpret RFPs and contract terms, develop contract positions as they relate to risks and identify opportunities.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand financial and business concepts and apply them to contractual matters.
Handle multiple assignments while achieving program commitments.
Establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers.
Possess computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to grasp other software applications required to perform job duties.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills; should be detail and teamwork oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to obtain a Security Clearance and travel to domestic and/or international locations when required to fulfill the responsibility of the position.
Desired Skills
Experience supporting the life cycle of contracts, including leading proposal efforts, management reviews, proposal submission, fact finding, contract negotiations, contract award, execution, and contract closeout.
Experience with Lockheed Martin contracts processes, systems, and/or computer applications.
Experience with Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE) or similar electronic contract management systems and applications.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and negotiate standard U.S. Government FAR/DFARS terms and conditions and/or Direct Commercial Sale terms and conditions with foreign agencies or companies.
Experience supporting internal and external audits and working with audit teams and government agencies.
Demonstrated versatility and flexibility when working in demanding or changing situations, with the ability to quickly pivot as priorities arise.
Ability to contribute positively to an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative teaming environment.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
