You will be the Contracts Management Sr for the Contracts Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing contract administration, interpreting contract terms, and guiding proposal development to meet customer and company standards.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Contracts Management Sr you will be responsible for ensuring contract compliance, driving successful negotiations, and supporting proposal development across the organization.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the full spectrum of contracts—from proposal preparation and negotiation to award administration and ongoing compliance.
  • Lead and coordinate proposal preparation and contract negotiations.
  • Advise leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
  • Review and interpret contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless contract fulfillment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Contract life cycle experience including proposals, negotiations, administration, and closeout
  • Develop, negotiate, and execute contracts
  • Possess working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
  • Proven ability to develop internal and external relationships; must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Support audits with internal and external audit teams and agencies
  • Active Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high value customer relationships
  • Maintain versatility and flexibility in demanding situations
  • Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE) experience
  • Ability to contribute positively to a diverse knowledge teaming environment
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with the skill to quickly pivot between tasks as priorities arise
  • Experience interpreting and negotiating standard USG FAR /DFARS regulation.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
