The Acquire-to-Retire Organization is hiring an ERP Business Analyst Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the 1LMX build and delivery of systems, tools, and processes associated with Capital and Overhead projects, Asset Accounting, and Property Management. This role provides an exciting opportunity to increase knowledge of the inner workings of S4 Hanna and how it interacts with the rest of the LM F&BO processes, system landscape, and compliance requirements. This role will help lead a large team across the enterprise to achieve the 1LMX North Stars, Monuments, and build decisions to achieve a 1LMX SAP environment. This role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and integration of all tools including but not limited to SAP, Oracle EPM, and Cognitus. Task of the build teams include but are not limited to capturing requirements through WRICEF (agile term for types of functional specifications/business requirements), training, command media, user experience, compliance, test management, and agile ceremonies. This role will partner across the enterprise including external vendors, consultants, domestic and international.

As the Asset Management Deputy VSPO, you will work closely with functional and technical product teams to provide solutions, ensuring that capabilities meet the business requirements. You will be key in implementing the overall 1LMX vision for F&BO, capitalizing on best practices, and guiding activities. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Driving cross BA and Functional alignment on priorities and scope
• Defining Business Process and Business Roles
• Overseeing the creation of End User Training
• Executing 1LMX Planning and Status Tasks 


You will also partner with cross-functional teams to implement the tools and processes necessary to meet the needs of the business. Critical partnerships include (but are not limited to) the following:

• 1LMX Value Stream Teams and Leadership, both functional and technical
• 1LMX Value Stream Business Area Representatives (VSBARs)
• Other consultant support
• 1LMX Leadership

Candidates should expect to travel as needed to support specific business related to program and preference is that you are close to a major LM facility.

Manages the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server enterprise applications. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Directs the writing of functional requirements, development of test plans, and resolution production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. Serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

- SAP system implementations or conversions
- Agile methodologies including WRICEF specifications and testing
- Manage complex projects
- Organizing competing priorities

Desired Skills

- Advanced proficiency with S4 EPPM, Oracle EPM, Cognitus
- In depth knowledge of Jira for managing work scope
- 1LMX experience

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role. 

  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $161300.00 - $299500.00 
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $145100.00 - $269500.00 
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $129000.00 - $239600.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $116100.00 - $215700.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Ocala, FL; Lufkin, TX; etc.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
