Standard Job Description

You will be the ERP Business Analyst for the Enterprise Applications Team. Our team is responsible for designing, customizing, and supporting SAP and PeopleSoft enterprise solutions.

What You Will Be Doing
As the ERP Business Analyst you will be responsible for translating business needs into functional system designs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Gather and document functional requirements for SAP/PeopleSoft enhancements.
  • Design and configure system solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Develop test plans, execute testing, and validate system changes.
  • Collaborate with developers and support teams to resolve production issues.
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on enterprise application processes and best practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting or working with ERP systems
  • Understanding of ERP processes, such as procurement, inventory, material resource planning, production operations or supply chain
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with both business users and technical teams
  • Familiarity with system testing, data validation, reporting, and user support

Pay Information

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role. 

  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $106600.00 - $198000.00 
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $95900.00 - $178100.00 
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $85300.00 - $158300.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $76700.00 - $142500.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
