Lockheed Martin is seeking a Training Operations Manager (TOM) to support and lead F 35 training operations in Swidwin, Poland. |
Basic Qualifications
| • Active Secret clearance with final adjudication within the last five years, and ability to qualify for, acquire, and hold a SAP clearance. • Flight time in fourth and/or fifth generation fighter aircraft. • In depth knowledge of military publications and understanding of fourth and/or fifth generation aircraft training operations. • Prior experience delivering military pilot academics and simulator training; familiarity with current instructional techniques and delivery methods. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and stakeholders from varied backgrounds. • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, oral & written communication, and organizational skills; strong customer service focus. • Demonstrated leadership in managing operations personnel supporting customer mission readiness at dedicated training and operational installations. • Alignment with Lockheed Martin core values and Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives. • Experience evaluating personnel performance and completing performance appraisals. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Four year degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with the assignment. • Selected applicant may be required to work rotating shifts, and work in excess of 40 hours. |

| • Experience interfacing with senior ranking military customer representatives. • Experience with F 35 pilot training curriculum. • Familiarity with F 35 program requirements and system knowledge. • F 35 Full Mission Simulator experience. • Familiarity with the F 35 ALIS program. • Current possession of F 35 Program special access. • 1,000+ hours fighter flight time in fourth and/or fifth generation fighter aircraft. • Prior experience as an F 35 Contractor Instructor Pilot (CIP) or F 35 Pilot SME. • Previous experience with the Polish Air Force customer. • Familiarity with Polish flight rules, procedures, and operations. OCONUS Locale: Swidwin is a small town in northwest Poland, situated close to the German border and approximately 60 miles east of Szczecin, Poland, and 160 miles from Berlin, Germany. It provides easy access to major transport routes and a growing aerospace/defense cluster, while offering a lower cost of living than larger Polish cities. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
