As the MFC LMBuildings (An IBM Tririga Tool) Project Manager you will lead all things LMBuildings for MFC.  This includes ongoing maintenance and enhancements to the system as well as any required site implementations or upgrades.  You'll be working regularly within all modules of the LMBuildings tool to include Real Estate, Project Management, Operations & Maintenance, Space Planning, and Facilities Condition Assessment.  As the lead for MFC, you will interact with all sites across the enterprise to ensure smooth daily operations as well as how to continue to improve the system with long term enhancements.  You will interface directly with the corporate LMBuildings team and participate on all LMBuildings IPT's as the MFC lead representative.

You will be the Facilities Projects Rep Stf for the LMBuildings team. Our team is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end facilities project solutions and maintaining the LMBuildings platform across MFC.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Projects Rep Stf you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the LMBuildings tool, from routine maintenance to major system upgrades, while coordinating with sites enterprise‑wide.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead LMBuildings system maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Represent MFC on LMBuildings IPTs and interface directly with the corporate LMBuildings team.
  • Plan and manage space utilization and facilities projects from concept through implementation.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, budgets, and schedule adherence for equipment and facility modifications.
  • Identify problems and develop resource‑allocation solutions to keep projects on track.

Basic Qualifications

Experience with at least one LMBuildings (IBM Tririga) module.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Experience working in a Facilities Organization in roles such as Space Planning, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, etc.

Desired Skills

Experience in all LMBuildings (IBM Tririga) modules

Advanced Excel skills

Tableau Experience

Previous experience implementing LMBuildings (IBM Tririga)

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
