You will be the Operations Engineer Staff for the Operations Facilitization team. Our team is responsible for driving on‑time procurement, enforcing adherence to the master program plan, and coordinating across multiple sites to ensure schedule performance.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Operations Engineer Staff you will be responsible for overseeing procurement, master plan execution, financial planning, site coordination, and customer reporting to keep programs on track.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive on‑time procurement and manage schedules.
  • Enforce adherence to the master program plan.
  • Coordinate across multiple sites to remove obstacles.
  • Align capital and financial plans with program objectives.
  • Provide transparent status updates to customers.

Basic Qualifications

- Demonstrated success managing multisite coordination, procurement timelines, and capitalbudget alignment.

- Strong knowledge of project management and financial control methodologies (e.g. Earned Value Management, Cost Accounting Standards).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear customerfocused reports that integrate schedule and financial data.

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Desired Skills

- Minimum 6years of experience in program/facilitation roles within aerospace, defense, or complex systems environments.

- Experience with integrated master schedules, configuration management, and capital planning processes.

- Long term Capital planning

- Ability to influence crossfunctional teams without direct authority.

- Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving capabilities.

- Customercentric attitude and ability to manage expectations diplomatically.

- Flexibility to travel to remote sites (up to 25% of the time) as needed.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
