You will be the Financial Management Mgr for the Financial Management team. Our team is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, analysis, reporting, and compliance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Mgr you will be responsible for leading a group of analysts who perform multiple finance activities, establishing performance‑management budgeting and forecasting, integrating data from various systems, and delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and risk‑opportunity assessments.
- Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC) for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting.
- Develop forward‑looking data analytics, visualizations, and trend analyses to inform strategy.
- Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, and US GAAP policies, procedures, and controls.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal support and negotiations.

Basic Qualifications
- Manage and lead an expanding team of program finance analysts for the FCR, TSS and VBK programs in the Rotary Wing Sensor mission area
- Oversee and ensure the preparation of Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and providing deliverables to FP&A
- Support the development and maintenance of the Long Range Plan and support to program area business cases
- Establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile costs, manage program funding requirements, conduct cost analysis, and develop variance explanation
- Interact with various RWS program and financial management personnel, ensuring adherence to company processes and procedures

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
