You will be the Financial Management Sr for the Finance Operations Team. Our team is responsible for integrating financial data, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance across multiple finance functions.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Management Sr you will be responsible for leading financial analysis, performance management, and delivering actionable business recommendations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead, discretionary funding) and produce regular reports.
- Perform variance analysis, trend identification, and risk‑opportunity assessments to develop mitigation plans.
- Develop forward‑looking data analytics, visualizations, and forecasting models to guide strategy.
- Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies and uphold internal controls.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal development, cost estimating, and negotiations.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, etc.)
Proficient in MS Excel – Possess the capacity for the development and use of pivot tables, as well as other advanced Excel applications.
Desired Skills
Ability to learn computer interface and perform basic business functions including application of cost analysis principles.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver, attention to detail.
Working Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
