Position Description

You will be the Financial Analyst Sr. for the ARRW Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Analyst Sr. you will be responsible for supporting contract Earned Value Management (EVM), cost control, and financial analysis on the ARRW Program Finance team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with contract Earned Value Management (EVM) set‑up, management, and cost analysis.
  • Manage program inputs for contract execution supporting Engineering & Technology.
  • Perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, including variance analysis and workforce planning.
  • Integrate data from multiple financial systems to provide actionable business recommendations.
  • Ensure cost allocation compliance and develop actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, etc.) with 3 years of professional experience or 1 year of professional experience with a Master’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Excel – Possess the capacity for the development and use of pivot tables, as well as other advanced Excel applications.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Working Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies.
  • Ability to obtain a secret security clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
