You will be a Global Supply Chain Manager for the Air‑Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) program. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge hypersonic solutions that keep our customers mission‑ready. As the Global Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of subcontract professionals that manage supply chain execution, with a focus on the LRIP production life-cycle. You will be operating in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment, and you'll own the end-to-end process, from critical supplier negotiations, to navigating accelerated delivery timelines and executing risk mitigation & opportunity identification strategies that will shape the future of our program. What you will be doing: Manages subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Directs and manages all costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and are required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system.
  • Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs, execution, and risk management. Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office.
  • Responsible for and directs all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, transition to program startup, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution, and contract closeout.
  • Make informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor.
  • Establishes milestone objectives to manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications.
  • Leads a cross-functional team, normally composed of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel, to ensure successful subcontract execution and program delivery.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must have ability to obtain secret security clearance
  • Major Subcontract Management experience in a aerospace & defense environment
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to inspire and develop teammates
  • Problem solving skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of leadership both internally and externally

Desired Skills

  • Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin acquisition procedures
  • Ability to manage a complex bill of material and ensure parts are available in support of the Internal Operating Plan
  • Experience with managing Fixed Price/Incentive Fee and Cost Plus subcontracts
  • Experience managing high-complexity subcontractors
  • Experience managing Statement of Work (SOW) based subcontracts
  • Experience with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Experience with ramp to rate and capacity analysis
  • Familiarity with FAR Part 15 requirements & conducting negotiations informed by Certified Cost or Pricing Dat
  • Strong negotiation and documentation skills
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and motivating direct reports
  • Proficient in summarizing complex data and presenting solutions to Lockheed Martin executive level leadership and our external customer

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
