You will be the Inspector Specialist for the Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product integrity and compliance with engineering specifications.

**What You Will Be Doing**

As the Inspector Specialist you will be responsible for conducting thorough visual and dimensional inspections of electronic and mechanical assemblies, interpreting technical drawings, and driving corrective actions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

- Perform visual inspections of electronic units, electromechanical assemblies, and mechanical components.

 - Utilize measuring devices such as dial indicators, micrometers, and scales to verify dimensions and tolerances.

- Evaluate products against blueprints, diagrams, and customer specifications, documenting findings.

- Reject, rework, or flag defective units and coordinate corrective actions.

 - Monitor quality trends and support statistical process control initiatives.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. 

Basic Qualifications

 J-STD-001 with a electonic and an electro/mechamnical back ground. 

Proficiencies in reading drawings/prints as well as proficiencies in reading wiring diagrams.

Aware of ESD and FOD practices.

Be able to pass the visual accuity test and Lockheed Martin solder training.

 

Desired Skills

Candidate preferred skills will be :

Experience within SAP and Windchill.

Previous experience with cables, wiring harnesses and circuit boards.

Experience with inspection tooling including microscopes and magnifying equipment.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $50300.00 - $93300.00
