THE WORK
We support TL‑S programs by providing complete quality‑inspection coverage, driving non‑conformance communication, audit readiness, and continuous‑improvement across manufacturing and test.
- Execute the program’s Inspection Plan (daily, in‑process, repair/rework, first‑article).
- Log and communicate non‑conformances via Q‑Notes; review work‑in‑progress and non‑conforming material weekly.
- Partner with the Quality Engineer and line supervisors to set inspection priorities and resolve issues.
- Support audits and assist RCCA activities to prevent defect recurrence.

WHO YOU ARE
Experienced quality inspector with solid knowledge of IPC‑A‑620 / IPC‑J‑STD‑001
Skilled at reading drawings, parts lists, and work instructions; proficient with standard inspection tools.
Strong communicator who can work effectively with assemblers, engineers, customers, and management. Experience with Lean Six‑Sigma, continuous‑improvement programs, and the non‑conformance life‑cycle (MRB, depot, supply chain, test, systems engineering)
Basic Qualifications

• College Degree or more than 3 years of Quality Inspection experience
• Experience with IPC-620 and J-STD Space Addendums
• Experience with Productions/Operations Teams
• A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interface effectively and diplomatically with assemblers, test technicians, engineers, Customers and management when resolving quality issues
• Experienced with active PMT Continuous improvement
• Experienced with Lean Six Sigma
• Familiarity with the Nonconformance life cycle through active engagement with relevant parties (Depot, Operations, Supply chain, Lab management, Test, System engineering, and Software Engineering)
• Experiencing assisting QE with review of all non-conforming material on the program non-conforming rack for accuracy and status
• Experience performing FAI measurements and providing FAI data to QE for completion
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41900.00 - $77700.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
